The Joseph Joseph ironing mat is heat- and steam-resistant, with multi-layer DripLock™ technology and a non-slip silicone rest for the iron. It also features a handy hanging loop so it can be hung on a door or wall to double up as a vertical steaming mat. When you’re finished, it folds down neatly and stores away without taking up much space, making it handy for small homes, quick touch-ups, or occasional use.

Delivery
Stores are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday. Order collection from our Hereford store is available or we can deliver anything (courier permitting) if we have it in stock. If there's an item not on the website but we have it in stock, an order can still be placed over the telephone for delivery or collection. Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and FREE over £75 in order value. Order collection is free, we do not charge for this service. Our online trading remains open 24hrs a day. We are despatching orders efficiently during Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy
We accept returns, and will exchange or refund products within 90 days of the delivery date. We accept international returns for refunds only and if a replacement is required, please reorder via the website. We offer no quibble refunds providing our Terms and Conditions are met and we can resell the item as unused. If you change your mind or the item is unsuitable, buyer pays to return.
