Loake footwear has been manufactured since 1880. Loake Shoemakers has produced some of the world’s finest footwear from their Wood Street factory in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Family-owned, they are immensely proud of their history and heritage as traditional shoemakers. They have been making Goodyear Welted shoes in their English Factory for over 140 years, and the same attention to detail and level of craftsmanship goes into each pair made today, precisely the same way it did back then. Loake produces a range of the finest quality shoes and boots for men, from Brogues to Derby Shoes, to Trainers and Driving Shoes. In 2007 they were awarded a Royal Warrant from HM The Queen as footwear suppliers to the Royal Household.

Where are Loake shoes made?

The majority of Loake shoes are made in Kettering, England. This is where most of the materials are from and where all of the development is carried out. In addition to this, there is also an English factory in India. All the specifications down to the last thread are decided in Great Britain and the details get sent over to India for production. Loake clearly mark the country of origin on all of their shoes.
