Le Creuset Cast Iron

The Le Creuset cast iron casserole collection is where Le Creuset's story began back in 1925. Two Belgium industrialists met at the Brussels fair and combined their knowledge of enamelling and casting to create an enamelled cast iron cocotte that we still know and love today. Since then, Le Creuset have expanded their cast iron casserole collection to feature oval and shallow casseroles to suit many different styles of cooking. Not only has the variety of casserole shapes increased but the variety of colours available too. Le Creuset's spectrum of colours can be found across a huge range of their products so you can mix & match to build the perfect Le Creuset collection in your home. The Le Creuset cast iron casserole dishes are a real workhorse in the kitchen- they are suitable for use in the oven, hob, induction and under the grill.
