Penelope Chilvers Women's Inclement Oscar Boot made from sustainably sourced oiled suede. The boots have a Scotchgard™ protected upper and are waterproof for up to 20 hours thanks to the Texalive™ membrane. Set on a Goodyear welted rubber tread sole for all-terrain wear, the ankle boots have an elasticated side gusset and leather pull tabs for ease of putting on. Made in Spain.
