Frying, Saute and Grill Pans

Non-stick frying pans are easy top clean and great for healthier cooking as less oil is required. Sauté pans are great for cooking food that using a small amount of oil or fat in a shallow pan over relatively high heat. Grill pans have ribbed bases to drain fat from food whilst cooking and fries dry so there's no need to cook food in oil to promote healthy eating.
